Dr. DiPaolo brings a diverse skill set to his practice in clinical psychology, and is committed to seeing you follow through on your convictions to achieve peace and harmony in your life and relationships. He works with individuals and couples in his practice, and also provides retreats and workshops.
Dr. DiPaolo also specializes in premarital counseling, having helped over 1,500 couples to marry. He developed and leads The Foundation: Wisdom & Tools to Build a Conscious Marriage, an Imago-based workshop designed for committed, engaged, and newly married couples. The workshop is offered five times a year at St. Monica Catholic Church in Santa Monica, California.
Dr. DiPaolo has also taken over the mantle to lead Imago Consultation 3.0, a monthly consultation group that offers connection, education, and support to fellow therapists. Each session offers a group check-in, didactic presentation, and case consultation. The group also provides a forum for therapists newly trained in Imago to work toward certification.
In addition to his training in Imago, Dr. DiPaolo is also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), IFS is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy. In IFS, we believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole.
